Abstract

How do we construct memories from an epistemology of Systemic Social Constructionism? A workshop will include an (brief) introduction to Memory Work, including why and how it started and how it has and can be used in social science research and in systemic therapy. Memory Work techniques will be introduced and participants will be invited to write brief experience stories on a topic related to childhood. These will be read and analysed collectively and we will work together on how these stories can be evolved as knowledges in therapy (and research).
